Return/Exchange Eligibility: Only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Time Frame: Requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the order.
Condition: Items must be *unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom Orders: Custom-made carpets are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable , except in case of damage or manufacturing fault.
